2. About Hoslytics

Hoslytics provides a digital healthcare management platform that enables healthcare institutions to manage their daily operations including patient registration, consultations, laboratory services, pharmacy operations, inpatient management, billing, payments, and reporting.

3. Healthcare Institution Responsibilities

Healthcare institutions using Hoslytics remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate management of information entered into the system.

• Institutions must ensure that only authorized personnel access the system.
• Institutions are responsible for maintaining staff account security.
• Institutions must ensure medical information entered into the system is accurate.
• Institutions must comply with applicable healthcare regulations.

4. User Accounts and Access Control

Each user account is assigned based on the user's role within the healthcare institution. Users must not share login credentials or attempt to access areas of the system beyond their assigned permissions.

5. Patient Data Ownership

Patient information entered into Hoslytics remains the property and responsibility of the healthcare institution that collects and manages the information.

Hoslytics provides the technology infrastructure to securely manage healthcare information but does not claim ownership of patient records.

6. Data Security and Privacy

Hoslytics implements security measures designed to protect healthcare information and user data. Users should review our Privacy Policy for information regarding data handling and protection.

7. System Usage Restrictions

• Users must not attempt unauthorized access, hacking, reverse engineering, or disruption of the platform.
• Users must not use Hoslytics for illegal activities.
• Users must not copy, resell, or distribute the software without written authorization.
• Users must not upload malicious files or harmful content.

8. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain Hoslytics services may require a subscription or agreed service plan. Institutions are responsible for maintaining active payments according to their selected plan.

Failure to maintain subscription payments may result in restricted access or suspension of services.

9. Billing and Financial Records

Hoslytics provides tools for managing billing, invoices, payments, and financial reports. However, healthcare institutions remain responsible for verifying charges, payments, pricing, and financial decisions made through the system.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to Hoslytics. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Software Ownership

All software components, designs, features, trademarks, and intellectual property belonging to Hoslytics remain the property of Hoslytics and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Hoslytics reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, compromise system security, misuse the platform, or create risks for other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

Hoslytics provides technology tools to support healthcare operations but does not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or healthcare responsibilities.
